Customer Information Regarding Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Our preferred shipping provider is DHL International. An item will be dispatched within 72 hours of an order being placed. This will then take between 3 and 7 days to reach your address via DHL delivery. You will be able to track your order’s location in real time using the DHL Track and Trace service.
Please note that shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page where applicable. We charge £9.00 per kilo, per DHL tariffs, and all orders over £2,000 are shipped for free. To adhere to the policies of our chosen shipping company, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.
Returns
Our return policy covers a period of 14 calendar days from the day following the receipt of your complete order. After canceling an order, you have an additional 14 days to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned goods, we will facilitate a full refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be securely packaged in weatherproof materials, such as durable plastic.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, access the order through the ‘Complete Orders’ link in the My Account menu, and click on the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will notify you of the refund status via email after processing the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and approve or reject your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
– Check your bank account.
– Contact your credit card company.
– Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at services@kashmirweaving.com, and send your item to: Kashmir Weaving Returns, 12 Inglewood Park, Ventnor, PO38 1UX, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the item’s value. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, they will receive the refund notification.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. For items over £70, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
